SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS ground, overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day and any alternative delivery are available upon request (AAA where available).
BACK ORDERS
Back orders are automatically shipped at no extra cost, unless prior arrangements have been made when placing the order.

Open accounts will be accepted upon credit approval. To establish credit, click here to get our credit application form. If you have a rating of 1 or 2 in JBT, terms of net 30 will be automatically be garnted.

RETURN POLICY
All discrepancies must be reported upon receipt of goods. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to claim. We gladly accept merchandise returns that is company defective or damaged in some way or if the merchandise was send to you in error. No returns will be accepted without an invoice copy. Special orders (size, color, and plating) are not returnable. All returns must be sent insured we are not responsible for any incoming package sent without insurance.
